Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Paypal will also accept  e-checks if you would rather not use a credit card. E-checks usually take four business days to clear, sorry but checks must clear prior to the order being sent. Most products are sent from our Georgia warehouse.

If a credit card order is declined, we will contact the customer by email and/or phone. There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks and fraudulent charge backs as the banks and credit card companies do charge us.

Shipping
We ship all products the same day or the next business day. No waiting 4–6 weeks for an order! We use USPS Priority Mail to ship your order so rates will vary according to destination.

 Returns
Every product has a 60-day money back guarantee from the date that the product was ordered. The customer must contact Brydon Health Management and request an RMA (return merchandise account) number before returning any merchandise. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Sorry but a 20% restocking fee must be charged to cover some of the costs.
